I did, and thus I enjoyed this book immensely, especially the 65 new case studies in which Michael Newton hypnotically regresses his subjects first to a past life, then moves them forward through their death in that life, then on to the "eternal now" of the Spirit World, where the fondest hopes and aspirations of our souls are realized: we are eternal beings, destined (if we desire it) to become perfect, to guide other souls in their search for perfection, to aid in the creation of planets upon which other eternal souls will dwell, and to ultimately join with the Source of all life, what we call prosaically "God."

Ask clients who've gained lasting, positive results in their human lives, thanks to a system for past-life regression designed with rigor (which is clearly true of Newton's system, among others).Such deductions may be comforting as well as enlightening since they coincide with laws of physics, thereby lending fascinating possibilities to human transformative potential.

Rather, the degree of reliable truth largely hinges upon having the past-life regression system based upon cocreating with the Divine, rather than talking with spirit guides, etc. As for the spirit games they play…why not also enjoy the great moments and memories of life on Earth and other worlds? This book corroborated evidence i found in other books, but sometimes i found some of the theories postulated a little hard to take. i do think it is worth reading by those serious about investigating reincarnation. but if you are like me, you will take some of the theories presented with a grain of salt. Although i would like to know more about how Mr. Newton's procedures for past-life and between life regressions.
