In summary, the Anker PowerCore+ 26800 PD is a reliable charger for mobile devices with a sleek and durable aluminium design. It's more complicated than the old USB BC charging standards which just looked for a couple shorted pins etc.Also seem that different airlines/airports seem to have different rules, which probably explains why this article doesn't clarify exactly which ones can be carried on board.
