About this deal
The journal enables childrens' thoughts and worries to be expressed, whilst also recognising positive thoughts and feelings.
When we pause for a bit of self-reflection, we can usually identify the situation fueling an emotion. Our Wellbeing Journal is structured to enable children to complete the activities independently and prompt further discussions where needed. For instance, when you’re sad, what thoughts, memories or statements come to mind; what sensory experiences do you have; and what physical sensations do you experience?
Have an honest conversation with a friend who said something hurtful, for example, or set an appointment to get a troublesome health problem checked out. It’s natural to want to move away from things that feel “bad”, and we have lots of reasons to justify this disconnect. The inability to ejaculate or taking a long time to ejaculate is a sexual dysfunction that can cause distress.
